Our Story

Sam, the current owner's Father, opened the restaurant in 1980. We here at Sam's Sushi pride ourselves in using local products, while still creating authentic japanese cuisine. Sam always emphasizes putting in our 100% and ensuring quality food for the guests. We continue to hold these values as they are ingrained within this family-owned business and have earned back-to-back awards for "Best Sushi Vancouver" in 2015 and 2016.
